## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹分行零售贷款部日常工作，包括但不限于人员管理、预算管理、经营绩效分析等；
- 及时宣导传达总分行贷款政策、贷款产品，结合分行实际情况对个贷人员管理办法在分行做细化落实；
- 监控贷款质量，参与重大贷款客户放款决策，跟踪测算不良率指标；
- 依据总分行下达年度各项工作指标和分行对部门的考核任务，制定部门季度、年度工作计划，以及部门管理考核办法。按时检视部门考核完成情况并及时反馈；
- 组织市场营销工作。代表分行业务条线开拓合作客户，签约合作伙伴，统筹分行业务条线市场营销、产品推广工作；
- 统筹部门培训，负责部门人员招聘、人员考评及人才梯队建设；
- 协调与各部门的工作关系，完成总行和分行领导临时交办的工作任务。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、3-5年银行零售信贷工作经验，个人信用记录及从业记录良好； 3、熟悉金融、信贷知识和法律法规、熟悉监管部门对零售信贷业务的监管规定； 4、具有良好的营销管理经验和业务开拓能力。
