## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责央企、国企、上市公司、政府机构等重点客户以及企业、商会、协会等团体客户的开拓、维护与综合关系管理。
- 调研客户需求，设计并提供定制化的团体健康险、医健服务及综合福利解决方案，主导招投标、商务谈判、合同签署与项目落地全流程。
- 协调内外部资源，推动项目实施、续保、增值服务及客户满意度提升，持续深化长期合作。
- 定期分析行业与市场动态，拓展客户资源网络，为业务优化与增长提出建议。
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、35岁以下优先，本科及以上学历优先； 2、具备3年以上团体保险或大客户销售经验；拥有央企、国企、上市公司或政府机构客户资源者优先； 3、熟悉天津及周边区域市场，具备成功运作团体保险项目及招投标、合作谈判的实战经验优先； 4、具有出色的客户沟通、谈判与项目推动能力，有敏锐的市场洞察力和客户关系维护能力优先。
