## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责渠道相关部门的业务需求，包含不限于外部渠道对接，保单服务对接等等。
- 快速响应和分析业务部门的需求，根据产品规划合理的执行和实现；
- 洞察行业前沿技术发展和相关科技能力发展，并对产品创新，或者其他相关系统能提出相应的改进建议。
- 跨部门沟通，协调资源，具备独立承接落地公司大型项目能力。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先； 2. 具有个险、团险渠道对接经验者优先，具有大型保险公司有过任职者优先； 3. 3年以上保险相关行业的产品设计和需求分析经验。对保险产品、保险公司运营各环节有一定了解。具备内部系统从0到1的项目经验优先 4. 具有产品化思维，抽象思维能力，横向整合和内部赋能能力； 5. 优秀的需求设计、捕获、分析能力，能输出高质量的系统需求文档。精通常见的产品设计工具，如 Axure 、 Visio 等； 6. 具备优秀的沟通及协作能力，能够协调各方资源，推动需求落地；优秀的分析能力和严密的逻辑思维；出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力
