## Job description

岗位职责
- IVR系统日常运维与管控 负责信用卡客服中心IVR系统日常监控、巡检与故障排查，监测系统接通率、导航准确率等核心指标，联动技术团队及厂商处置各类系统异常，保障IVR系统7×24小时稳定运行，确保客户自助服务顺畅。
- IVR流程优化与迭代升级 结合信用卡业务变化、客户咨询热点及运营数据，优化IVR导航菜单、业务分流及自助办理流程，落地流程迭代、话术更新等优化方案，提升客户自助办理率，分流人工客服压力，提升整体运营效率。
- 业务配置与参数管理 根据信用卡业务、政策及活动调整，负责IVR菜单配置、参数更新、语音上传、规则调整等工作。严格执行测试、审核、上线全流程规范，做好台账与版本管理，规避配置风险，保障业务同步合规落地。
- 数据统计分析与报表输出 负责IVR运行、客户进线、自助办理、系统报错等数据统计，定期输出运营分析报表。拆解数据问题、梳理业务痛点，输出优化建议，为业务决策、流程迭代、运力调配提供数据支撑。
- 问题闭环处理与风险管控 负责IVR相关故障、客户问题及投诉的闭环处理，建立问题台账并全程跟进整改复盘。落实银行合规风控要求，定期开展风险自查，排查流程漏 任职资格
- 学历专业 本科及以上学历，计算机、金融、统计、工商管理等相关专业优先。
- 工作经验 5年以上银行信用卡、呼叫中心运营相关经验，熟悉IVR系统运维、配置及流程优化工作者优先。
- 专业能力 熟悉信用卡及客服运营流程，掌握IVR基础原理与配置逻辑，可独立完成系统巡检、故障排查及流程优化； 具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用办公软件，可独立制作运营报表、挖掘业务优化点； 具备良好的流程梳理、方案撰写及跨部门推进能力，可落地IVR迭代优化工作； 了解金融合规与信息安全规范，具备基础风险识别与管控能力。
- 综合素养 逻辑清晰，沟通协调能力良好，可高效推进跨部门协作与问题解决； 工作细致严谨，责任心、执行力及抗压能力强，可应对系统应急处置工作； 学习能力优秀，可快速适配业务与系统迭代更新； 品行端正，团队协作意识强，无金融行业违规违纪记录。
- 优先条件 具备银行信用卡IVR项目迭代、智能语音系统运维经验者优先。
