## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立渠道业务追踪体系，对业务进度与目标节奏达成进行追踪与督导；对总部方案费用使用及兑现进行追踪、备案；
- 协助对渠道人员进行管理，并及时向总部对口部门报备；包含对人员信息的及时维护和更新，薪酬数据的上传和复核，考核结果的确认及追踪，异动情况的报备等；
- 处理渠道业务发展中与风险、客服、行政、人事的各项对接工作；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融/保险/管理/营销类专业毕业； 2、2年以上同业销售推动相关工作经验； 3、熟悉公司及信用卡销售的前后线运作，擅长销售宣导推动工作，能熟练运用Office、Excel软件； 4、具有较强的调研分析、专案策划和沟通协调能力，以及很强的责任心、突出的分析问题和解决问题能力。
