## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责销售组织业务销售推动，包括市场研判、目标追踪，经营检视；
- 车险客户续保管理；非车客户全生命周期管理，包括商机收集、拜访、询价、转化、续保等过程管理；代理人管理、客户管理、关联方对接等；
- 政策宣导及发布；
- 异常指标预警及问题机构督导等。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
