## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展后援作业流程、指标、规则等方面的专题研究与分析，追踪下辖三级机构指标
- 后援同业信息及数据交流与调研
- 统筹及组织后援培训工作
- 后援各类跨部门/系列综合性项目组织、协调、追踪、检视及上报
- 领导交办的其它事宜 任职资格 1、全日制本科（有学位），保险、金融、经济及相关专业优先 2、具备较强的统筹、组织及分析能力，跨系列/部门的沟通协调能力 正式编制内勤，一经录用，签订正式劳动合同，享受正式员工待遇
