## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责照护类服务履约交付管理，推进居家养老照护服务标准落地，追踪管理服务交付，确保服务满意度；
- 将机构端需求转化为执行方案，协调产品、服务、技术等资源落地展业支持，包括但不限于服务流程设计、营销工具开发、培训赋能等；
- 建立运营监控体系，定期输出业务分析，为管理层决策提供依 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，康复护理学、金融保险等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上工作经验，具有养老、大健康、保险等，熟悉保险渠道展业逻辑及养老服务运营模式； 3.具备结构化思维与文字功底，能够独立完成方案撰写、数据分析及材料，具备创新意识与落地执行力；
