## Job description

岗位职责 1 掌握业务发展规律，进行业务量预测 2 对各产品线需求作业人力进行评估； 3 线上作业情况监控、异常指标分析定位，推动改善； 4 排班系统/机制的优化，推动分公司经营指标提升 5 现场紧急、突出问题的传达、响应及跟踪 任职资格 本科及以上学历， 1年以上相关工作经验 熟悉各条线业务构成 熟练应用现场监控工具 1.良好的数据分析能力 2.良好的跨部门沟通，协调，推进能力。
