## Job description

岗位职责
- 经营重点客群，通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，推动客群MGM业务健康发展；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助重客服务好客户；
- 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升。
- 领导交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格
- 本科学历及以上学历；
- 具有2年及以上银行营销经验；
- 性格开朗、抗压能力强；
- 无违法违规违纪等不良记录。
