## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责下属医疗机构的预算审核、拆解经营目标，资源配置，后续的业绩达成的追踪、考核 2、需要频繁的和下属企业做沟通，进行经营分析、重点项目的跟踪等。 任职资格

### 工作经验
- 8年以上工作经验
- 扎实的财务基础，有业务Sense，具备四大会计师事务所审计工作优先；
- 理解医疗机构的经营管理，在医疗集团总部、医疗机构BP工作经历优先；
- 有较强的数据分析功底、熟练应用Excel\PowerPoint等办公工具
