## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司线上代理人团队的招募、维护和管理；
- 市场开拓，完成阶段性业务目标；拓展新合作领域，探索新业务模式，扩大业务规模；
- 负责健康险产品的课件开发，业务员展业辅导、新产品和销售技能的培训；
- 提供各类产品的咨询，客户的理赔投诉处理及其他展业支持；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 医护相关专业，具备医疗行业、健康行业、保险行业经验优先；
- 愿意从事医疗健康、保险销售、队伍发展工作。
