## Job description

岗位职责 1 全面执行、落实总部政策，达成销售目标及推广计划 2 负责协助总部进行地方合作银行关系的拓展 3 负责联合地方及总部资源，推动开设城市分部及门店 4 负责地方政府及监管关系的拓展和维护 5 负责分部人员绩效管理、培训发展 6 负责门店团队建设、费用管控 7 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 大学本科 3年以上保险行业的经验；熟悉金融/保险行业；了解平安的销售文化和精神；能够激励员工；执行力强；一定的政府关系和政府公关能力 掌握信贷知识、企业财务及管理知识、宏观经济知识，具有较强的组织管理和市场开拓能力，业务熟练、既往业绩突出
