## Job description

岗位职责 1．贯彻公司经营理念和企业文化，遵纪守法，严格执行公司各项规章制度。 2．为团队业务计划达成负责，制定团队销售策略，组织实施销售活动，确保达成团队计划任务。 3．为团队的日常管理工作负责，包括：所辖客户经理的活动量管理、激励、考核与评估等。 4．为团队成员成长负责，提升人均产能、打造高产能团队。 5．协助团队成员进行内外部关系协调及资源整合。 任职资格 1．原则上本科及以上学历，经济类研究生优先。 2．原则上应通过基金从业资格考试。 3．较强的市场营销能力，良好的沟通能力和建立关系能力。 4．良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。 5．符合公司其他管理要求。 6．具有丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。 7．3 年及以上相关业务营销经验，良好的市场营销专业知识，熟悉年金和其他综合金融产品、业务规则等。
