## Job description

岗位职责

### 主要职责
- 向中小微客群提供全生命周期的服务，通过线上线下联动进行“获客”及“活客”，提升客户价值；

### 客群开发
- 结合当地客群特征，自主开发潜力客户；发现并对接各类客户集中的场景、渠道和平台，重点围绕供应链上下游、互联网平台、新型业态等批量获客，构建客群；

### 客户经营
- 挖掘和满足所管辖基础客户需求，引导客户加载产品，提升客户活跃度及贡献度；

### 风险防控
- 承担客户经营责任，防范主体风险和业务风险，落实反洗钱、反恐怖融资等风险防控要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 原则上 35 岁以下，具有较强的市场营销能力；
- 有较强的学习能力，有较强的事业心和进取精神，无不良从业记录 ；
- 有相关行业（如互联网、跨境贸易、园区经营等）工作经验或科技背景优先；
