## Job description

岗位职责

### 用户运营
- 基于用户声音、数据反馈持续优化、迭代人力资源系统产品；

### 产品规划与设计
- 深入理解业务需求，协助相关产品的需求分析、功能设计和产品路线图规划，推动人力资源系统产品快速迭代；

### 数据分析与洞察
- 分析业务数据和用户行为数据，推动产品迭代与业务决策；

### 敏捷管理与交付
- 协调开发团队，跟进产品开发全流程，确保项目高质量交付。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有5年以上B端企业内部产品运营或优化迭代的经验；
- 具备较强的用户导向思维，逻辑思维、数据思维；
- 擅长跨部门协调沟通，有HR场景场景工作经历优先；
- 具备一定的抗压能力。
