## Job description

岗位职责
- 总分行策略解读落地、规划执行路径、销售推动及业绩分析、提供专业咨询与资产配置、资源链接及重点事项落地。
- 检核队伍过程管理、活动量管理、专业能力提升、客户经营赋能、客户陪访、重点产品销售&话术等营销工具开发和培训。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。 2、2年以上金融从业经验，熟悉各类金融产品，具备专业的财富管理能力，有较好的产品规划及推动能力、数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，过往业绩优良，目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。 3、有产品推动、营销经验、国内头部财富管理机构（含银行、信托等）经验者优先，有CFA、FRM、CFP、AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。
