岗位职责
- 达成各项经营目标，业务整体规划、推动和管理。
- 统筹承保流程管理，确保符合监管及公司合规要求。
- 团队培训、考核与梯队建设。
- 协调跨部门资源，推动系统功能落地与业务协同。
- 负责农村基础服务能力建设等。 任职资格
- 本科学历，40周岁及以下。
- 较强经营分析、成本及风险管理能力。具备农险业务经验者优先。
- 持C1驾驶证。
