## Job description

岗位职责

### 风险筛查
- 推动高风险人群筛查，跟踪早筛结果，引导确诊客户精准诊断。

### 精准诊断
- 协调专家门诊、MDT及第二意见，辅助客户快速决策。

### 治疗用药
- 跟踪用药安全与效果，引导药品网络内服务。

### 康复管理
- 根据客户状态安排康复服务，定期随访效果。

### 理赔服务
- 提供报案、预审、协谈及出院即赔服务。整合医疗网络资源，优化全流程服务体验。
- 基于服务信任，协同乐健康管家促成保险销售。识别客户额外需求，推荐陪诊、绿通、二诊等付费服务，实现二开。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，医学、护理、药学或保险相关专业优先。 2、3年以上重疾理赔、健康管理或医疗服务经验。 3、熟悉重疾诊疗流程，具备良好沟通与服务能力。 4、有销售意识或客户经营经验，能识别并转化商业机会。
