- 负责创保人力发展、业务推动和产品推动，线上激励方案、营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估；

### 线上化管理协同
- 负责创保线上化管理动作的落地，包括个代线上培训、增员的推动；在本机构推动社群管理、营销等工作；
- 负责人力、保费、开单率、团队管理等指标达成与追踪；
- 其他领导交办的工作 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.出苦耐劳
