## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银保渠道业务开拓与维护，推动保险产品在银行渠道的销售；
- 深度挖掘银行客户资源，简历并维护良好的银企合作关系；
- 制定并执行销售计划，确保个人及团队达成销售目标；
- 分析银保渠道业务数据，剔除改进建议，优化销售策略，提高业务效率。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年银保渠道业务经理工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，具备一定的抗压能力；
- 有较强的上进心和目标感，具备一定的保险理论金融知识。
