## Job description

岗位职责
- 平台运营分析，研究客户数据，平台用户画像等工作；
- 经营数据分析，针对经营状况，通过数据分析深挖问题，支持业绩提升。
- 针对各运营场景，建立数据模型，并负责推广和落地，追踪模型的使用效果，持续优化完善；
- 调研分析行业最新的数据分析及挖掘技术，评估技术的适用性，持续研究优化；
- 其他数据分析相关工作。 任职资格 1、重点大学研究生以上学历，统计/精算/保险/数学/计算机等相关专业； 2、2年以上互联网或保险公司相关经验，对数据分析建模整套流程有较全面深入的理解； 3、熟练使用hive、spark、presto、python、SAS等数据分析工具； 4、熟悉常用数据挖掘、机器学习算法，有建模工作经验者优先。
