## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展各类监管专项，包含反洗钱、中介渠道业务管理、工会等项目，完成与被稽核单位沟通、征求意见、报告撰写等工作；
- 按照监管要求开展指定监审联动项目，做好协调沟通、达成监管要求；

### 实现三促
- 根据日常检查发现的问题向管理层提交三促建议，赋能机构，在源头解决问题，助力公司平稳健康发展； 4.、关注、研究监管政策及新动态，并做好分享培训； 5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历优先，IT、保险等相关专业优先； 2、2年以上保险从业经验、审计相关工作经验优先； 3、熟悉内部审计准则、熟悉、了解保险业务、法律知识者优先； 4、PPT撰写能力强、善于收集、总结信息及表达分享； 5、具备有较强的独立工作能力、沟通协调能力，抗压能力； 6、具备外审工作经验或大型企业内部审计经验者优先。
