## Job description

岗位职责 （一） 经营寿险重点客群，推动AUM和LUM业务。 （二） 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍， （三） 做好寿险客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度； （四） 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升； （五） 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保寿险客群MGM业务健康发展； （六） 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
