## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责零售客户维护的线上服务人员，其主要职责是在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，维护客户关系、提升客户粘度、增加客户产品，运用数字化工具将总行综合化及分行本地化的服务高效率地提供给客户。 2、确保业务品质及合规服务，防范业务风险、作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格
- 原则上应具有1年以上相关工作经验。

### 专业能力
- 有合规意识、懂数字化工具。熟悉银行产品，持有基金、AFP、CFP等专业证照者优先，具备理财经理、厅服经理、柜员等岗位经验者优先。
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录、违法记录或行业不良记录。
- 符合总行、机构其他管理要求。
