## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责对机构的客户调研及分析。（定性和定量调研） 2 负责落实总部客户体验工作相关政策和规定，机构NPS指标监控和提升。

### NPS

是指客户的净推荐值。（公式：推荐者-贬损者=NPS） 3 负责机构客户投诉处理、追踪、宣导 任职资格 教育程度 本科及以上学历（金融、保险、法律、心理学专业） 相关经验 两年以上金融机构客户投诉处理、客户活动策划、柜面管理等客户服务工作经验; 专业能力 1.熟练excel办公软件 2.大数据处理、分析、计算的能力 核心能力
- 组织能力，能组织客户定性、定量调研及其他客户活动
- 沟通能力，根据不同的客户特征，采用差异化沟通技巧
- 分析能力，对业务数据敏感，且能进行多维度分析
