## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、续期收费与服务工作

负责保单承保后的保费续收工作，确保续期指标达成；为客户提供保全、理赔、保单咨询等服务工作，工作模式为电话联系客户为主，上门拜访为辅。 2、前线队伍服务支持：对督导单位进行政策宣导、业务支持，促进营业单位业务发展和新契约品质提升。 任职资格 1.有较强责任心及沟通能力，相关从业经验优先
