## Job description

岗位职责
- 执行中小企业贷款申请处理，包括贷款文件审核、贷款发放及相关流程处理；
- 在内部系统中执行数据录入并维护准确记录；
- 确保所有流程符合部门指南要求及银行政策规定；
- 与业务部门紧密合作，为客户提供优质服务；提出优化现有工作流程的建议；
- 协助制定系统需求并进行用户验收测试；
- 为贷款运营相关的审计与合规审查提供支持；
- 参与分配的相关项目，处理团队负责人不时分配的临时事务和任务； 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融、会计、经济学、工商管理或相关专业学士学位；
- 至少2-3年贷款业务经验者优先；
- 熟悉各类贷款/信贷产品及相关日常业务操作，熟悉零售溢价融资者优先；
- 出色的解决问题能力；具备分析与批判性思维；
- 思想开放；团队协作；勇于挑战现状，甘愿付出额外努力；
- 良好的沟通与人际交往能力，精通英语和中文，书面及口语表达流利。
