## Job description

岗位职责
- 服务和经营集团重点客群，达成总分行AUM、LUM和获客等KPI指标。
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，协同服务好客户。
- 通过宣导传承俱乐部业务招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客，存量客户提升。
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保集团客群MGM业务健康发展。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历、双证齐全。

### 工作经验
- 1年以上金融行业市场开拓、客户营销工作经验。
- 具备亲和力与良好的沟通能力，执行力、学习能力强。
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
