## Job description

岗位职责
- 为属地客户提供综合化、本地化的服务方案，持续提升客户服务体验和满意度；
- 联动物理网点构建“线上+线下”的服务体系，提升区域客户覆盖密度；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，按要求完成各项服务工作，防范业务风险、作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作，确保各项服务合法合规；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 金融/销售/客服等从业经验1 年及以上；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品，持有基金、AFP、CFP等专业证照者优先，具备理财经理、厅服经理、柜员等岗位经验者优先，熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；

### 素质要求
- 亲和力强，具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力，沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；

### 合规要求
- 具有极强合规意识，有违法记录或行业不良记录者禁入。
