## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责按照国家、地区、公司各项业务政解答全集团员工及HR关于社保公积金、考勤、调户、入职、招聘等人事业务的咨询/邮件电话。
- 负责所处理业务项整体统筹、数据整理、分析、宣导。
- 负责所管辖模块操作流程、规则SOP材料编写、更新、培训和经验传承，根据业务需要提交优化建议。
- 负责输出所管辖模块运营数据分析结果及服务报告材料。
- 处理领导安排的其他事宜。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源专业优先

### 工作经历
- 有2年及以上员工关系相关工作经验者优先

### 专业能力
- 对EXCEL等办公软件熟悉运用、普通话标准（二级甲等及以上）、良好的沟通表达能力，喜欢与人打交道

### 核心能力
- 态度端正、积极乐观，抗压能力强，敢于接受新挑战。认同平安的价值观，愿意与公司共同发展进步。
