## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责保单承保后的保费续收工作，确保续期指标达成
- 对不愿持续交费的客户进行劝阻、攻关
- 对代理人进行培训、追踪、推动
- 根据客户需求，协助办理理赔、保全等保单服务工作 任职资格
- 大专（含）以上学历 ，专业不限；
- 工作经历不限，如有保险相关工作经验者优先 ；
- 具备一定的学习领悟力；
- 沟通和语言表达能力强，亲和力强，积极向上；
