## Job description

### 架构设计与升级
- 依据集团规划制定符合医疗业务特性的技术架构，设计微服务化、云原生化的系统架构方案，指导开发团队落地实施。主导架构改造与性能优化，提升高并发处理能力与跨院业务连续性保障。

### 信息平台建设
- 构建医疗信息互联互通平台，支持异构系统数据标准化接入，实现跨院业务协同。构建架构类系统，确保患者唯一标识映射，实现全生命周期健康档案的跨系统关联与索引。

### 标准与规范制定
- 研究医疗行业新技术趋势，推动新技术在医疗场景的合理应用，制定开发规范与安全基线；设计医疗数据交换协议与接口标准，满足医院信息互联互通标准要求。

### 教育背景
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机相关专业。

### 工作经验
- 10年以上大型系统架构设计经验，5年以上医疗信息平台架构经验，主导过三级医院评级/互联互通测评相关项目。

### 专业技能
- 精通Spring Cloud/Alibaba微服务架构；熟悉医疗行业规范；熟悉主流架构类系统产品，深入理解EMPI、ESB、IE等技术实现路径。

### 能力素质
- 前瞻性技术视野，能平衡技术创新与落地可行性；极强的复杂系统抽象能力与风险预判意识。

### 加分项
- 熟悉大数据、人工智能、物联网等前沿技术在医疗领域的应用。
- 熟悉医疗AIoT设备接入协议（如DICOM-WS），或参与过医疗混合云架构设计。
