## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户风险规划
- 根据国际互联网平台或互联网平台海外业务的商业模式规划保险产品，推动保险公司与互联网平台的深度合作；

### 业务运营维护
- 定期与互联网平台、海外直保公司、国内再保险公司核对账目、结算经纪费，管理应收和应付款项；维护好几方合作关系。

### 开拓海外业务
- 依托公司渠道资源及个人资源，开拓海外保险业务的再保回分国内业务的相关渠道，完成团队既定业务目标，挖掘新增业务增长点。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销、经济、法律等相关专业，具有海外留学经验或具备良好英语能力优先。

### 年龄
- 22-35周岁，形象端正、谈吐得体，无不良从业记录、无征信问题，遵守行业合规准则。

### 能力
- 具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析及谈判能力，能精准捕捉客户需求，学习能力强，可快速掌握各类保险产品及业务流程。

### 素质
- 诚信正直、责任心强、自驱力高，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神，有长期从业规划、创业思维者优先。 具有银行、保险等金融工作经验及客户资源者优先。
