## Job description

岗位职责

### 医学培训及课件开发
- 开发医学知识课件，为代理人提供疾病科普、诊疗趋势等培训，提升团队专业素养；

### 销售医学支持
- 解答代理人展业中的医学问题，协助体检报告解读、健康匹配建议，助力精准销售，推动代理人完成保费任务达成；

### 理赔医学协助
- 从医学角度协助理解核保理赔规则，支持客户沟通和纠纷处理，提升满意度；

### 行业动态追踪
- 关注医疗健康前沿信息，提炼销售价值点，转化为展业工具或科普内容，推动健康险业务持续增长；

### 跨部门协作
- 配合产品、市场等部门，优化健康险产品设计和客户活动，增强获客与服务能力；

### 领导交办的其他工作
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作，确保部门目标的实现。 任职资格
- 年龄在45岁以内，本科及以上学历；认可保险及健康行业的发展模式；
- 医护健康专业，拥有医疗行业、健康行业及金融行业经验优先，熟悉健康险市场与客户需求；
- 热爱医疗健康领域，对工作充满热情，具备良好的团队合作精神，出色的沟通表达能力；
- 有保险销售支持、销售推动工作经验优先；
