## Job description

岗位职责
- 深入理解银行零售各业务线需求，基于内外部客户需求，提出并设计全面的平台解决方案。
- 主导从解决方案设计到最终交付的全过程管理，包括需求澄清到测试验收直至上线运行。
- 协同跨部门团队，确保解决方案的高质量按时交付，并达到预期业务目标。
- 通过数据分析来评估解决方案的效果和影响，持续优化解决方案，提升产品效能和用户体验。 任职资格
- 良好的需求挖掘、分析及解决方案设计能力，具备清晰的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力；
- 较强的项目管理和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂的项目环境中推动任务落地；
- 具备扎实的风险识别和应对能力；
- 具有银行分支行业务经验优先。
