## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助经营机构负责人做好业务团队管理，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，协助维护大客户，提供高水平的服务；
- 对团队成员的客户经营关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率、确保公平；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉；
- 完成上级交办的其它工作内容。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有5-10年财富管理经验，过往业绩表现良好；
- 熟悉营销流程和银行产品，有一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 积极进取、抗压力强、系统思维、目标导向、沟通影响力；具备较好的激励、培养和领导能力；
- 纪律及风控合规意识强，过往无违法违规违纪等不良情形，符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
