## Job description

岗位职责
- 各业务线简单件审核、受理、处理、追踪；
- 新契约、保全、理赔等各项业务申请材料的收集、审核、整理、物流、分发；指导填写申请书；
- 临柜客户接待、问题解答等工作；理赔退件审核、复印、通知、下发等工作；
- 各业务线单证打印的日常作业（包括契约本地打印、打印数据提取、保全/理赔批单/通知书打印、下发等）；各业务线申请资料归档整理、物流发送； 任职资格
- 大专学历
- 具有杰出的学习能力、实操能力、沟通能力
- 有强烈的团队意识、沟通表达等能力
