## Job description

岗位职责
- 应用系统运维 负责投资交易系统、TA系统等核心业务系统的日常运维工作，确保系统稳定运行。 监控系统运行状态，及时发现并解决系统故障，保障业务连续性。 优化运维流程，提升运维效率。
- 故障处理与应急响应 处理系统故障，快速定位问题根源，制定解决方案并实施。 参与应急演练，完善应急预案，提升团队应急响应能力。
- 日志分析与系统监控 分析系统日志，发现潜在问题，预防系统故障。 配置和维护监控工具，实时监控系统资源使用情况和性能指标。
- 系统部署与变更管理 负责新系统或系统升级的部署工作，确保部署过程顺利。 管理系统变更，确保变更过程可控，降低变更风险。
- 文档编写与知识传递 编写运维文档，包括系统架构、操作手册、故障处理指南等。。 定期进行知识分享，提升团队整体技术水平。
- 跨团队协作 与开发、测试、业务等部门协作，确保系统顺利上线和运行。 支持业务部门的各项需求，提供技术保障。
- AI赋能运维 AI驱动的自动化运维流程执行，如资源部署，配置变更等。

### 智能监控与根因分析

利用AI对运维日志进行分析，识别异常。 任职资格 1.计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业毕业。 2. 3年以上应用运维工作经验，有金融行业（证券、基金、银行等）运维经验者优先。 3. 有投资交易系统、TA系统等金融核心系统运维经验者优先。 4. 熟悉容器化技术（如Docker、Kubernetes）。 5. 有云平台（如AWS、阿里云、腾讯云）运维经验。 6. 对投资交易业务有深入了解，能够提出优化建议。 7. 熟悉AIOps场景，具备AI模型应用落地经验。
