## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理区域内渠道推荐的客户群营销、项目跟踪、交易安排和后期维护等各项工作；
- 负责独立或协助合作方完成资料的收集、审核、调查和交叉验证等工作，对区域内的客户与项目进行有效的风险识别与管理；
- 负责管理成交客户的合作意愿，保障公司的资产安全，及时发现和处理不良资产，避免公司损失；
- 负责区域的行业机会开发与推动，协助店长完成新行业、新产品、新渠道的开发工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、专科或本科学历，金融、营销、经济、财会类专业优先； 2、1年以上工作经验，具有租赁同业、银行、汽车融资租赁、小额贷款等行业经验者优先； 3、具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力； 4、具有较强的学习能力和工作责任心，较强的抗压能力，能够自我指导与自我激励； 5、有渴望愿付出，勤奋能吃苦，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情； 6、诚实守信，个人信用记录良好； 7、形象气质良好，有亲和力，普通话标准流利。
