## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合完成个贷业务受理、资料审核以及整理等相关工作；
- 配合为客户提供贷后服务、个贷支持和综合性事务处理的服务；
- 快速处理各类客户投诉，与总行及时沟通，避免类似问题。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.2-7年相关工作经验。
