## Job description

岗位职责
- 销售业绩数据的统计、分析，前线KPI评定；
- 个人渠道业务发展情况跟踪，分析与策略建议；
- 重点产品的营销推动方案制定与实施；
- 市场数据、产品和服务信息收集，制定应对策略。
- 上级主管交代的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，年龄25-35岁，形象气质良好；
- 医学、金融、保险、统计等相关专业优先，党员优先；
- 具备保险相关工作经验，有一定的研究及逻辑分析能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，具有较强的执行力。
