岗位职责 1.1、贯彻落实总部业务管理各项制度； 2、协助制定中心、团队的月度、年度营销计划，并对团队及业务员业绩目标进行测算； 2.1、负责业务员佣金、管理津贴的复核 ； 2、负责对业务员品质的监督与管理，报表制作及发送； 3、负责日常销售数据及报表的管理、优化，包括对分部、中心销售日报表、业务员业绩达成情况报表的统计、分析； 任职资格 1.本科/二本学历 2.0-0年相关工作经验
