## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集和整理风险相关的数据，使用基本工具分析数据开展多维度的风险监测；
- 组织和实施零售信贷业务的风险预警、贷后资金流向排查以及行内外各类风险排查工作，及时完成检查发现问题的整改督导及跟踪；
- 组织开展零售信贷问题授信业务的债务重组和催清收工作；
- 组织开展零售信贷不良业务履职排查工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，研究生学历优先；
- 具备2年以上银行信贷工作经验或1年以上个人信贷管理工作经验；
- 具备较强的执行能力，对风险、合规等方面有一定经验，有较强协调沟通能力、团队合作能力；
- 熟练运用风险计量、分析评估等相关风险管理工具；
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
