## Job description

岗位职责

### 数字化平台建设
- 主导公司数字化平台的规划、设计和建设工作，深入理解业务需求，确保平台能够满足业务发展的需求

### 数字化平台运营
- 定期评估数据准确性、及时性，稳定性，提出优化建议，并负责推广及调研，提升用户体验和平台活跃

### 数字化项目管理
- 推动数字化项目，确保项目按照既定的时间表和预算顺利完成 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、数学等相关专业优先

### 工作经验
- 具备良好的数字化平台建设经验，有保险行业背景者优先

### 逻辑思维
- 具备出色的逻辑思维能力和业务敏感度，能够快速理解业务需求并转化为数据产品方案

### 目标导向
- 有明确的目标意识，及出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够有效推动项目进展
