## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品体验设计及设计规范沉淀
- 负责智能服务产品全流程体验设计，通过数据分析、竞品分析，完成智能体框架结构、对话流设计，场景化智能服务设计，并确保方案高质量落地并沉淀设计规范；

### AI 原型构建
- 运用 AI 工具与 Vibe Coding 快速搭建可交互原型，在对话式 AI、语音交互等场景缩短设计验证周期；

### 创新项目研究及推动落地
- 在综合金融与医疗健康场景洞察智能化创新机会，将大模型、多模态交互、智能体等前沿技术与业务需求结合并推动落地；

### 跨团队协作
- 与产品、算法、工程团队协作，确保设计意图精准实现，平衡用户体验与合规风控。 任职资格 1、3 年以上 C 端/客户端/智能体项目经验，熟悉移动端设计规范； 2、热爱产品设计，关注 AI 与智能服务前沿趋势，自驱力强、学习能力强； 3、沟通协作能力出色，能在跨职能团队中高效推动项目； 4、对金融科技、智能客服及 AI 应用有热情与基本认知。
