## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动业务达成，提供渠道销售支持；
- 对所辖管理团队进行培训与宣导；
- 维护客户关系，追踪客户续保落实；
- 负责机构团销养业务计划书制作、陪同展业、招投标展示。 任职资格
- 学历大专及以上；
- 年龄25岁-50岁，适当可放宽；
- 勤奋、有责任心、积极进取，学习能力强；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力和建立关系的能力；
- 有2年左右的金融行业从业经验、良好社会、渠道关系者优先考虑。
