## Job description

岗位职责
- 有他行市场经理工作经验者优先，团队长原则上要有不少于三年银行工作经验；
- 具有较强的团队建设、市场拓展及营销管理能力；
- 具备银行和市场营销专业知识，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 具有丰富的实际市场开拓经验，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力，有一定的对公业务经验最佳。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历； 2.3-5年相关工作经验； 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有优秀的动手实战、创新能力，对市场趋势具有优秀的敏感度，善于管理团队，工作认知深刻细致，认知范围较广，自我驱动，主动竞争，敏锐的危机意识。
