## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹各业务部门基本法新建及调整，持续完善基本法管理体系的搭建；
- 统筹各业务部门基本法日常管理，包含作业/销售员工定、调、发、奖等相关规则的制定和执行监测；
- 定期完成人力经营分析，包含各分公司、业务部门人力投产、流失、费用率等指标的监测和检视；
- 统筹基本法员工的日常发薪管理 任职资格 全日制本科两年以上工作经验，逻辑性；较强的责任心和沟通协调能力；PPT制作及汇报能力佳者优先
