## Job description

岗位职责
- 渠道业务发展状况分析与政策建议；
- 销售计划的推动落实；
- 总部各项激励方案的配套案的推动、追踪及实施；
- 机构各项激励方案的推动、追踪及实施；
- 总部各项方针政策的推广执行。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融等相关专业；
- 具备保险业务推动及销售管理相关经验；
- 良好的业务发展规划及数据分析能力；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维和业务管理能力，较强的协调沟通能力。
